    *This initial version is only available in English (your personal device will need to be set to English) and is featured in both our Android and iPhone apps. Strength-exercises will need to be logged under Workout Routines in order to count towards caloric burn. We are very excited to release a brand new addition to your MyFitnessPal exercise diary! Using our new Workout Routines feature, you'll be able to create a library of multi-exercise routines based on your personal workout regimen.Īs an extra bonus, these Workout Routines will now allow strength-based exercises to count towards your caloric expenditure! Note: All workouts logged specifically under Strength will still not count towards your calorie expenditure.
